She managed a few remaining repairs, arranging cleaning, furnishing the house for amazing photos, and so many other odds & ends I couldn't handle while being out of town. She helped identify a good price point that got a bid on my house the day it went on the market (and at $10K+ the listing price, at that)! She was available on short notice to see houses as they came on the market. She was very organized regarding all of the deadlines for a house purchase. Her knowledge of the community and businesses in the community really helped after purchase as well.
